Is relationship(at an early age specifically) based on SEX

Is a good relationship based on Sex? Its a two-way thing even if the guy says he isnt ready the girl will be like why so you dont really love me and vice versa.
It has got to the peak where the society too has also accepted this trend, because sometimes ago i could remember some adverts that warned against pre-marital sex but now you hardly hear such all you hear is "when you want to have sex just use a condom". Giving everyone of any age a go-ahead just only if you could protect yourself well.
If this cud be happening at our own tym what would happen when it comes to our children?

The answer is NO "a good relationship should not be based on sex".Yeah you are right, the girl or the guy would complain but the fact is "if they both like each other they would abstain". It as been widely supported because they have tried alot to preach about abstainance but it doesn't seem to be a solution therefore the use of condoms has to be supported.I dont know what will happen during our childrens time but all i know is that it gets worse every day.
